I have spent the last 3 days trying to upload my photo on the site to complete the email they sent. All I get is a continuous circle and statement sting that Photo is being evaluated. I have left it open for an hour and a half, nothing. I have tried resizing the photo or let them do it and nothing. I have used a photo taken at shoppers and one with my phone. Any ideas would be very helpful, my 7 days ends tomorrow.

I suspect it's yet another glitch in the online system (I've lost count of all of the other comments describing similar errors).

The photo that was taken at Shoppers is more likely to be accepted, than your `selfie' from your phone, because of the almost military grade specs (IMO), that IRCC requires.

You could try calling IRCC and hope that you actually reach a human, but even then...the `human' may or may not have an accurate answer for you.
