Hi There.

My wife and I nearly have everything ready for our inland application. Medical, police checks, our wedding certificate, relationship proof. We will be getting her birth certificate translated from Lithuanian soon. I am just wondering as the police check was done in the UK as she has lived there for 11 years but her passport is still a bio-passport from Lithuania (as she stayed in the UK under a family residency visa). Would we have to do the eastern Europe specific forms or the UK ones ?

Any advice would be great :)

Country-specific forms are only for outland applications. For inland apps I don't think any country-specific info is required except for police certificates.

Are you sure you're using the right application guide for inland, and not the outland one?

Ahh, I see yes i had the wrong checklist. There are so many that a similar. Checking this one it says that i need to submit a last notice of taxation year from Canada revenue agency. However I have not been in Canada for a full year yet and have only been working for a month. I have a ltter from my employer stating what they require, but do they need both or is the letter going to be alright ?

I have also seen suggested here (in that case) to include copies of your last three pay statements. If you don't have a Notice of Assessment from CRA, then you don't have one.

Yeah i was thinking i could do that just include copies of my payslips and show my bank statement aswell as being paid along with the letter from my boss and that should be acceptable hopefully.
