Hi There.
My wife and I nearly have everything ready for our inland application. Medical, police checks, our wedding certificate, relationship proof. We will be getting her birth certificate translated from Lithuanian soon. I am just wondering as the police check was done in the UK as she has lived there for 11 years but her passport is still a bio-passport from Lithuania (as she stayed in the UK under a family residency visa). Would we have to do the eastern Europe specific forms or the UK ones ?
Any advice would be great
