Hi!
Can anyone help me please.
I'm filing application form of a visitor visa (Temporary resident visa) filled "legally separated" on my marital status and i have the copy of our annulment court but I'm confused on page 2
Question no. 11 "have you previously been married or common-law relationship?" There's a box "Yes or No"
Shall I choose box no? If box "yes' i have to write my ex-husband name and there's box "From" "To" and there's no yet final date the end of our marriage because it's still under process in the court. Shall i keep blank the box "To"?

Definitely Yes. I believe the form wont let you choose No if you selected legally separated in previous question.

For To you can use your the date you were legally separated . You can also provide further explanation in a letter with the application if you wish.
