Hello there! Can someone please help me with this question?

Have you, or, if you are the principal applicant, any of your family members listed in your application for permanent residence in Canada, ever:

k) had any serious disease or physical or mental disorder?

***I have a special son. He has autism. He's included in our PR application. Does it count as a mental disorder?
***My husband has chronic Hepatitis B but the viral load is small and almost undetectable already. He's currently on medication. Does it count as a serious disease?
I'm a bit confused. Please help. TIA.
