Filling out form imm1294e correctly

My first-year tuition is CAD 16,450, whole course is CAD 33,000. I already paid for my first-year tuition and have CAD 25,000 CAD to show in my sponsor's bank account (my mother). What is the correct way to fill the section asking for tuition, room and board, other, and funds available for stay?

You need the numbers for the first year.
For the room/board, it should be at least $ 10,000. Other is optional.

Funds available for stay should (at least) the first year tuition + room/board + other you entered.
If you already paid the tuition, make sure to attach the receipt as the supporting document along with the bank statement.
