Filling IMM5645E as Representative

I will be the representative for my parents, my in-law parents and my wife (total 6 people including myself) in a single online application for 6 visitor visas.

I have two questions for filling 6 IMM5645E documents (one for each applicant):
1. I am assuming that I have to fill separate "APPLICANT" name for all 6 IMM5645E document?
2. "BROTHERS AND SISTERS" (ALL): Do I really have to fill ALL brothers and sisters for IMM5645E documents for my parents and in-laws (because there are more than 6 brothers/sisters of each of my parent (and in-law parent)? Is it okay if I leave it blank or just fill one brother? But for my own brother/sister (since I am the representative), I plan to fill ALL brothers and sisters.
