Filling application from Quebec when landed elsewhere ?

Will filling citizenship applications from Quebec lead to any pitfalls especially when you did not land in Quebec ?

People have mentioned since this is primarily a non-English province etc... wanted to get thoughts of people here...

Granting citizenship is a federal affair, so it does not matter where you landed & applied...
