Filling aplications

Guys I have few questions regarding filling the application;
1. You can't N/A dates do you to leave them blank or you N/A them later with a pen?
2. Additional family information form does not accept diacritics, can you add them with pen or just leave it altogether?
3. Do you have to provide a cover sheet (to the application) stating that you are attaching an extra sheet with information that did not fit on the form?

Yes, use pen (Black ink) where you are unable to print any thing. There is really no need to write a cover letter for extra sheets only, just remember to keep extra sheet with appropriate form. By the way, there is nothing bad in writting a cover letter about details of documents you are submitting. Good luck

Personally I'll recommend, don't leave blank. Write with black ink, Present or N/A.
