Filling A-0520-AA form

I'm filling my Canada permanent Resident application form and one of the questions (No. 10) says: Have you ever applied for a temporary stay in Canada?

Is the same as a Tourism Visa?

It also ask to specify a Province but I you applied for a Tourism VISA is not specific for a Province.
