Fillable Form

Hey question is regarding the fillable forms. Im typing most of it on the computer and leaving some questions out. Can I print it out and fill the rest of it in BLACK ink?

I'd keep it consistent and enter everything using the computer.

If you need to add additional information, just attach a separate sheet of paper.

For dates, if you want to enter "to present," just enter the date as of when you completed the form and add an explanation. That's what I did.
