FILIPINO LOOKING FOR CANADA JOB AGENCY IN SINGAPORE

I'm planning to apply as Canadian Federal Skilled Worker this coming year - 2013. I'm currently working here in Singapore. For financial security, i would like to look for an agency or consultancy here in Singapore that will help me look for a job in Canada at the same time will help process all my documents. I would like to have a job already in Canada before going there.

Your help to advice any legal agency or consultancy here in Singapore is much appreciated.
