Hello,

I am using Wealthsimple to file my tax for the rental property for the first time. I owned a condo property and it is 100% under my name. When I file the rental income T776 using Wealthsimple, for the question "Are you a co-owner or a partner?" should I select "co-owner", "partner" or "no"? Also, under the co-owner information, it asked the percentage of partnership(%), I tried to type in 100, but it wouldn't let me do so and I cannot skip this blank either. Therefore I was a bit confused. What should I do to solve this problem?

Thanks a lot!

"Co-owner" means more than one person. You can't be the only "co-owner". "Co-owner" means the property is owned by at least two people.
