Hi Chinjukannan,

My NOC is also 0111 & 1111

You took forward many applicants whose file was transferred from March to June 2010.

What would you think the benefits you would have got for taking forward the other applicants.

Are you immigrating alone? (with no family)
Are you not married?
No dependents?

My file transfer date is 15th June 2010. Hope to see some change in my e-CAS status real soon. You status change made me very excited.

Kindly revert.

Thanks,
Kds

Hi,

I could see that some applicants whose file was transferred in June got the e-CAS status changed to "in process", when there were a lot of applicants from March, April & May eagerly waiting for the change in application status.

Would like to find out the reason for the same. Hope and wish that reason is applicable to me also. :-)

Regards,
KDS

hi kdsttl
even i don't know why my status is " IN PROCESS ", SINCE 8TH FEB 2011 ? but the inside details are the same as RBVO. there is a pre-june 26 2010 applicant whose FT Date is in august and he got actual processing started, with IN PROCESS details on 8th feb 2011. i guess he is really super lucky, to have jumped all the waitlist. there was another guy DOGLOVER, who got his visa in 4 months flat. it all depends on the 2 big words called LUCK AND DESTINY. we have no option but to WAIT AND WATCH.
REGARDS
HITESH

hi johnny
according to mni, people who got "IN PROCESS " in the first few weeks of feb 2011, might get MEDICALS sometimes in the month of april.
lets see what happens.
good luck

Can u give his reference......his ID etc

dont go by the dates people mention on this form half of them give wrong info

CHC is not a "LALA KE DUKAN" where they give preferential treatment

its always F.C.F.S basis

ABSOLUTELY RIGHT

I have query regarding the Case specific enquiry system working at CHC, New Delhi.

Many of us has got their status changed to IN PROCESS immediately ONLY when we have sent them query asking for the delays in our case.

Now, this change in status to IN PROCESS has accompanied with same details inside as were mentioned in our RECEIVED BY VISA OFFICE status previously . Inside information is not changing for some of us since last many days ………in some cases it is not changing after even two months.

My question is should we send our case specific enquiry again & again to get updates from CHC OR should we continue to keep on waiting .

Is there any harm if we do send them enquiry every ….. say……… 15 days ???????

I will highly appreciate from anybody who knows something relevant on this great forum………

Thanks ….

ALL NEW DELHI APPLICANTS WAITING FOR VISAS, SOME REALITY TO DIGEST:

New Delhi Office is giving priority to Post 26 June applicants. I did some calculation from the Post 26 June Spreadsheet & this is what might be the reality:

1. Total applicants on forum: 278, applicants from New Delhi : 72
2. Total applications recd. at Sydney: 8542
3. Approx. ND Visa Office will/would have recd. 2200 applications from post 26 June applicants (using the same ratio as on the forum tracker)
4. ND VO must have already issued around 1500-2000 Visas so far in this calendar year (All for pre-26 June applicants). Total quota for 2011 is 7500 Visas in the FSW class (incl. all families). Therefore balance left must be around 5500-6000 Visas balance for 2011.
5. Assuming the 2200 applicants to be processed in 2011 for Visas (on priority), 30% get rejected. Balance would be approx. 1500-1600 eligible for Visas.
6. Assuming each applicant with an avg. family of 3 (some would be single, some would be 4). These 1600X3 will take away 4800 Visas.
7. Balance left for pre 26 June 2010 & pre 28 Feb. 2008 will be max. 1200 Visas !!!
8. Out of these 1200 the AEO category will get preference, assuming another 500 Visas goto AEO's.

So applicants of pre-26 June 2010, we all have to scramble for the remaining 700 Visas. Delhi office has an inventory of more then 30,000 applications pending for post 28 Feb. 2008 applicants and more then 50,000 in the pre 28 Feb. 2008 category.

SO.......... what do you do ?????
