File Xfer to ND CHC for April\May\June 2010

i m also sailing in the same boat.....applied ti NS in april 2010 and send docs to ND in last week july...
my file transfer date is 30 june 2010.....i m confused dothey count 11 months from 2nd AOR or from file xfer date

as per CHC, from the date of full application submission to VO (indirectly means date of 2nd AOR)

Hi,
Now-a-days everything has changed.
They do not have any fix timing. Count anything around 2 years from the date of application. It would be easier for you to plan ahead if you count 2 years.

Tired of this waiting game.....
My frustrations are at an all time high.
I know other member of the board will also be feeling the same.

I can even imagine the conditions of Pre Feb 2008 people.

Pre Feb 2008 and us are on the same boat now.

They were supposed to wait for 3 years. Almost their turn now.

We are asked to wait for one year which is just over.

Now the total numbers of applications pending to finish in the current accounting year have become huge.

Don't know how the Department is going to handle this.

I read on this forum that some people received letters from visa office asking 2 years time.

Pre Feb 2008 and us are on the same boat now.

They were supposed to wait for 3 years. Almost their turn now.

We are asked to wait for one year which is just over.

Most of us hear are 14-16 months now. So 2 years not very far also.

Based on our second AOR I am around 9 months old. If you consider starting of applicaiton than I am 15 months old.

The thread i mentioned is for Pre Feb guys.

I think I should give another application as my NOC is still in the 29 occupations.
I have to get another certificate for IELTS.
