I am realy worried abt my case. As far as my points n ielts score is cncrnd I hv 7 bands in ielts n i score 70 points n m hvng genuine experience of 4 years...m realy worried...my whole life depends on dis decision nw..VO hsnt enquired nythng frm my employer ....hw can they jst put..DECISION MADE...without ny enquiry?

This is what I copied frm my ECAS

We received your application for permanent residence on November 23, 2009.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on January 27, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the New Delhi office. They are pending review.

We transferred your application to the New Delhi office on February 3, 2010. The New Delhi office may contact you.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on May 10, 2010.

Medical results have been received.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

I got Visa today, Decision made was on last Tuesday.
Additional doc. request was on May 10.
add.doc. forwarded on 1st week of June.
1st V.call on 1st week of July.
2nd on Dec 14, 010
Med &PPR on 15 Feb.010
Med complete on 1st March
RPRF got cashed on 9th March.
Visa issued on 25 March.

I want to be optimistic bt still sm negative vibes cm 2 my mind simultaneously....m jst thnkng wat wil i do if its realy a rejection....can i put an appeal 2 VO? plz guide!

Yea, it is just a lollipop but something is better then nothing ;D ;D .
As per current scenario , i believe u will get the update from CHC soon because they are processing cases from 24 to 30.03.10.
Hope for the best...currently applicants are getting update in hard copy first then their status is changed on E CAS...
You must get an update soon...

Hi everyone..

Received my passports with Visa today.......(24hours more delay even at the last hours to deliver doc. by Canadian Consulate..., usually they used to give it on Tuesday but at this time Wednesday only...)

Thank you CHC for getting the real ground of my employment...and your professional investigation.

Many thanks to my Employer and cooperative staffs for your support , I will be ever proud of my services with you.( registered the Resignation Today ..may be approved within 30 days)
