r u showing the same old experience with retail pharamacist? and you changed the same exp docs with new title? they will definitely compare your old application with new one. The experience docs you submitted in your old application can't be changed. I think there is some confusion here.... PM me your no so we can talk

Let me clear you the situtation.

In my Old Application which was filed by consultant in Sept.2006 the documents & forms was filled up " Retail Chemist " at that time i also remind my consultant whether to mentioned " Retail Pharmacist " or Retails Chemist" . But he told me " Retail Chemist " . So i got the papers with " Retail Chemist " job title. As you said that in india it does not make any difference.


Now..

I in the my latest application i filled forms with " Retail Pharmacist " & got the exp. documents also with " Retail Pharmacist" .In all the current documents i mentioned " Retail Pharmacist ".

What do you think on it ? Do you think that it going to create problem for me at VO level ? So many of other member like Lakvinder Kaur , Wayne told me that , as i am applying under new application with recent documents so it not going to be problem.

Please share your view & advise... i am planning to send package tomorrow...after clearing this confusion.

Is anybody witnessing any verification from CHC? Are they making any calls or office visits to verify? This forum is becoming dull day by day with no one making any updations. Are we all sleeping?

I have put "N/A " in the last filed ( Name of company,employer,school,facility,as applicable)

when i showed i was Umemployed . Is it ok ?

From To Activity City or Town & Country Name of company,employer,school,facility,as applicable

xx date xx date Umemployed xx place, india "N/A"


Please confirm me .. if there is anything wronge.

CHC,ND is delaying picking up files so much that all of us have fallen into a stupor....its difficult to get out of it.
There seems to be just no urgency in actioning files.We were expecting the new year to be much more quicker and faster than 2010..but everyone seems to be waiting for something.It is the lull before the storm.
Hoping that the pace picks up from this month onwards.

A guy recently got a reply from CHC, ND confirming a bug on ECAS. In reply it is also mentioned that CIC is working towards resolving this issue.

So Guys, Just chill down.... I had said earlier that it is a bug only... so especially to SJSM, brother you dont need to worry now....

It means I am still at RBVO only.... Never mind.... No news is kinda good news

@Tarak-- this is definately comforting.. this means that our files will get processed when our turn comes.. and we are not out of queue or something like that which was my apprehension...

I have sent my passport on 27-jan 2011 and did my medical on 26-jan-2011. My NOC is 4131 and u tell me how much time it take for the CHC to issue Visa

Guys, I am still not sure if it is updated due to an error or it is genuine. It does not show anything about processing begin on XXXXXX date. It is still same old RBVO data.

Tarak if you are telling when will he get his VISA please tell me as well...i have this feeling i will get my VISA on the date you will tell....i remember i have seen that happening to some guy in the past....brother please pick a date n tell me .....i sent the pp on 15 oct...file transfer 27th jan 2010

you should get it this month... did u have any visit to abroad? n plz buddy i m not that good... juz dont embarrass me.... i jus want people to stay calm and achieve their goal.... if i can be a small help to them then it is my pleasure....

Hi tarak..

Would it be of any use if I apply for CAIPS next week or 15th feb latest. I am going by the presumption that by the time my application for CAIPS is picked up, hopefully by that time my file would be In Process.So I would have an idea of whats going on...or what to expect.
My friend residing in Canada would apply for me..it would take CAD5.
And another thing..the email to be mentioned for CAIPS needs to be mine or my friends?
