Well well well, that's what I was not hoping for;( after seeing some applicants getting PPR after 3 months, I was really hoping we could get PPR in the next 2-3 weeks, well I guess it won't happen and the waiting game will be much longer.
The funny thing I've sent an email a while back to IRCC-Manila if Mississauga received my medical, rprf and updated passport... and I have just got this email today:

Dear Applicant,
This is in reply to your email below.
As per our record, it appears that your file will be transferred by CPC-Mississauga to IRCC Manila for further processing. Your record also shows that the result of your medical examination, as well as your RPRF payment, has been received. Your passport details has also been updated in our system.
As our office has not received your file yet, we have very limited information regarding your application. Therefore, all further inquiries should still be sent to CPC-Mississauga until you received information that it has been received in IRCC Manila.
In the event that IRCC Manila received your file, it will be queued for review of the officer. Be rest assured that you will be contacted as soon as the review has been completed and there is any update in your file or if additional document/information is required.
We trust that the above guides you accordingly.
Sincerely,
Permanent Resident Unit - Unité de résident permanent
Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) - Immigration, Réfugiés et Citoyenneté Canada
Embassy of Canada, Manila - Ambassade du Canada, Manille

How do they know that the file will be going to there office?
Would anyone know what is the English Manila thread?
