Hey guys.

I sent to my application under CEC to Sydney and the CIC website status shows it received my application on Sep 4, 2012.

Since then, I have not received anything even AOR letter so far.

In Dec, 2012, I saw the new announcement extending work permit for applicants while a decision is made.

In order to ask for AOR letter, I emailed to the Sydney asking about my status of application a month ago and got a email back that my file transferred to Case Processing Pilot Ottawa.

My work permit will be expired in a month.

Any body has a idea?

Thanks.

I'd email cpp-o immediately. Explain the details, when you applied etc and that you have not received aor. Also explain that without this your work permit will end and you will be unable to get the bridging open work permit, will be forced to leave the country and that you will loose your job!

There is a comment on here from a user called Pete. Personally I'd follow this advice in the interim.

You can send an email to this id : ottpilot-immigration@cic.gc.ca and ask for a re-issuance of AOR and explain your case to them.
Include your UCI, Full Name and DOB with this request. They should respond favorably. All the best!
