file transfer (AOR2) for inland applicants

Hi all, I was wondering for us inland applicants will we receive the second AOR about file transfer?

I asked this because my AOR did not specify which is my visa office and it has been 35 days since I received my AOR and I still have not received my AOR 2.

Inland got only one AOR
There files processed at sydney nd then ottawa for final review....

Thank you Endless. So for inland applicants we do not get aor2 and our visa offices are all ottawa.
