My Bank draft has en-cashed on 22 of Nov 2011 according the Bank. However i did not get the file case number yet. Is it send only by email or both ways: e-mail or by post? Please tell me why this much of delay the file number?

Congratulation!
Your 1st AOR(file number) will comes only by e-mail, usualy it will take some time around 2-3 months.

It would take an average of 90 days for getting a Positive Eligibility Review from CIO... and they will send it only through e-mail..

If your draft encashed on 22nd November then keep patience you don't have to wait for a longer time.
i wish you will get your file number soon within a week.

Draft en-cashed means have they already done the completeness check of the application or else do they firstly en-cash and go for checking process?

hema pls join us here on the following thread. We are all post July 2011 applicants. Just click ont hr thread and post your details LIKE NOC...date of appl....date of encashment etc. The admin team will add you to the spreadsheet.

You may call this number and get your file number. But please note that it will be a half an hour call, as the waiting time is quite long.
