Hi,

I have applied for Canada immigration for PERMANANT RESIDENCE IN CANADA (FEDERAL SKILLED WORKER CLASS) and sent all my documents and International Money Order to Sydney,Canada on 28th Dec 2009 for Initial Verification.

I have lost the file number which i received on email and got deleted accidentally. I haven't received any letter for the FILE NUMBER. I have also tried calling or emailing Canada Office but they don't entertain calls or emails.

In addition, i have also mailed/posted a letter to Citizenship & Immigration Canada 3 weeks ago requesting for FILE Number for the application submitted and i have not received any reply for the same.

Any help for getting the FILE Number would be highly appreciated or any suggestions would be of great help.

Thanks
Ravi

You can try to call CIC Call center from a canadian number. They will ask you some private questions and give you your number.

Rav sorry abt the missing file no.I would want to clarify somethings though.

-You talked about submitting all docs for initial verification to Sydney-which i assume is the first stage
-The email you got were you instructed to submit all docs to your local CIC-IF YES,expect another letter including to NEW FILE NUMBER besides the one from Sydney and the no is what will be used by you for teacking e-cas.Seniors your input is needed and correct me ,if am wrong.

Best of luck

Ig
