File in PNP ,but employer is shutting down business

Hi,
I came to pei with family on close work permit as caregiver in resident care home in February,2022. Although, I applied permanent residence application after 2 weeks starting my work ,but ircc returned my aipp file in August stating that I didn't submitted my daughter's birth certificate.I filled for reconsideration in September,but didn't get any reply yet.
In September I started my PNP application with the same employer and now my file is in PNP pool with critical care worker stream,now today my employer told me he is going to shut the business in December and I am left with only 3 months of workpermit.
What should I do now

Thats very unfortunate but I think you should apply for extension now as these days its taking quite a while.

How is OP eligible for extension? OP is on a closed work permit and business shut down.

It is closing in Dec so still has time.

You should also need to look for new employer.

OP hasn’t been approved for PNP yet . File is in pool . Also hold a closed work permit so need a positive LMIA to extend or nomination certificate
