Guys, I noticed something interesting. I think most people receive their PPR from a DoNotReply email address, correct? I received it directly from IRCC.CIO-BRCD.IRCC@cic.gc.ca -- the same address that people email with questions about their applications, clearly NOT a DoNotReply address. Also, the timing was unusual - I received the PPR at 5:38PM IST / 8:08AM Sydney NS time - most people here have received it at midnight which would be their closing hours.

This leads me to believe that Sydney manually processed my PPR and then sent it out, unlike the system generated emails which arrive at the end of their day..

I was in direct email communication with CIO Sydney (same email address) in the days leading up to the PPR. My last email to them was 3 days before the PPR, asking if there's anything they needed from me to continue processing the application - essentially I was prodding them to proceed but without being too imposing about it. And this is only because everything in my application was already passed since over 15 days. I wouldn't have emailed them before that, or I'd just get standard replies.

As originally suggested by @Mom of 2 boys I would advise anyone in this stage, when everything has passed or application has been approved, but are yet to receive the PPR, please do contact them on that email. It seems they are indeed very helpful :)

Hello guys, this is ralph’s response and I dont now if I will have remadicals or they will extend it. Any idea about it ?

I spoke to IRCC again regarding your application at the Centralized Intake Office in Sydney.

As of Sept 9, 2019 all assessments are complete and passed.

Medicals valid until Dec 4, 2019. An internal request to extend them was made – awaiting response.

Once medicals are reworked, the file will be ready for final review and decision – timelines not available.
Did you get PPR?

PPR today!

Timeline:
29 Nov 2018 - ITA
27 Jan 2019 - AOR
02 Apr 2019 - Biometrics enrollment
05 Jun 2019 - Medicals passed
08 Jul 2019 - First email to MP Ralph Goodale, found out 'eligibility not met'
11 Jul 2019 - Ordered first GCMS notes
13 Jul 2019 - Web meeting with a Canadian lawyer - advised me to withdraw and reapply (very happy I rejected that advice)
24 Jul 2019 - Received response for submission of updated reference letters (I assumed that was the issue with eligibility, since GCMS notes hadn't yet arrived) - 'application in queue for review by an officer'
22 Aug 2019 - Emailed Ahmed Hussen
03 Sep 2019 - Response from Ahmed Hussen - "NOC code will be changed" (this was the issue with eligibility - wrong primary NOC code)
18 Oct 2019 - everything passed
24 Oct 2019 - noticed ghost update for the same
08 Nov 2019 - PPR (days 285 - exactly 9.5 months)
Massive Congratulations.

Ahmed Hussein as the minister of immigration? Please share with me his email as I need to raise issue with his office in the hope this will be solved for future applicants from my country.

Thank you :) Here you go: Ahmed.Hussen@parl.gc.ca

Please only email him for legitimate concerns/issues with any applications. Asking him for simple status updates on an applications will most likely get your email intercepted by IRCC and they will provide their standard responses..

PPR Today!

Finally, its time to write about my success story. My path was full of hurdles but after crossing all the way, it lead to a better destination.
Here is my timeline:

IELTS 1st Attempt - Apr 2018
IELTS 2nd Attempt - June 2018
IELTS 3rd Attempt - Sept 2018
IELTS 4th Attempt - Oct 2018
(Cleared) after re-evaluation.
ITA - 12th Dec 2018
AOR - 29th Jan 2019
MEP - 12th Mar 2019
BIL- 20th Mar 2019
Then came the worst nightmare – Got to know from CIC agent that eligibility 'NOT MET'. Proactively submitted new reference letter prior of getting GCMS.
Ordered GCMS to understand the reason.
1st GCMS ordered on 14th June came on 2nd Aug, does not have any information (everything was hidden)

2nd GCMS ordered on 3rd Aug received on 1st sept. Got to know duties were missing. Did nothing as i hv already submitted new reference letter with duties on 29th June.
Mailed ralph, erin but got reply that "your file is awaiting review by an officer"
Re-med request- 17th Oct 2019
Re-med passed- 04th Nov 2019

PPR – 8th Nov 2019 (but i did not get it because some how my mailbox got storage full issue and all the mails bounced back)
Called CIC on 12th Nov to know the status and got to know that email has already been sent on 8th Nov.
12th Nov- raised webform to re-send ppr mail.

PPR email received- 13th Nov
VO- CIO Sydney from start till end

I will suggest everyone to wait patiently and do your part whenever required.
Thank you @PrasadK and @capricorn7 for your help and support.

Hello Everyone!
I'm a FSW Outland candidate from India and have been closely monitoring this group.

My AOR is 17th September 2019 and by 4th October 2019 I had MEP and Biometrics completed.

On 10th October 2019 I found out that eligibility was MET and Criminality was passed and my file is at Sydney.

I had immediately applied for GCMS notes on 10th October 2019 as I figured since eligibility was MET I can get further information whether there is RR on any part of my application (provided there could be an RR now that eligibility is MET)

I know I'm out of place to be asking this here when some of you have been waiting without reason for 10 months and over. BUT, its just that I have a lot at stake personally when it comes to Canada and would appreciate some clarity or understanding on what to expect in the next few months.
