I will try calling after 10 days to see if there is any change and parallelly will order a set of notes

Normally it should be in the 2nd page of the gcms report, application assignment part at the end of the 2nd page.

Mine too assigned to CB01126..AOR 29th Jan,looks like they dont want me to struggle in canada during harsh winters.

Hello All,

I called CIC this morning and talked to a very helpful agent. I asked her specifically when was the last time someone worked on my file and she said "April 2019". Then she said, since my file is past 6 months and no no one has worked on it, she will send a reminder to the officer. Fingers crossed, let's hope I get some good news soon. More details regarding my applications are in my signature.

I got it confirmed from one of the immigration officer that CB01126 is agent code (not the department code)
