Almost 9 months now. And I have no idea what they are doing with my profile.

Mine it says "Review Required but my overall eligibility status is Met and the notes written by the case agent also show Met for all criteria. Therefore I don't know what the implication of the content in Group Name is.

I had sent an LoE on the 14th of August and received the acknowledgment of the same on the 24th.

I will try calling after 10 days to see if there is any change and parallelly will order a set of notes

The call center is changing the way they operate from September 16th, they will no longer connect you to an agent, they will respond via an email in one business day.
