I'm sponsoring my wife so she is the principal applicant and I am the sponsor. I pay $75.00 and she will pay $550.00 are there any other fees I should be aware of before applying?

Thank you.

There is also the Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF). That is $490.

You can pay it up front with your other fees (recommended) or you can wait until requested by CIC when they are ready to issue the PR visa near the end (this may delay processing a bit).

Typically fees are paid together. Most don't separate sponsor fee and applicant fees. It's paid in a one time stint.
And yes, it is recommended to pay the rprf upfront. It causes delays when people wait for the visa office to tell them to pay it. If you have the money, pay the $1040 for all fees upfront and together.
