Fees Receipt for Resubmit

Hi All,

I applied for my permanent residency file in July-2016 and included my payment receipt which I payed online.
However, my file was returned to me Cry in November-2016 saying that I have to resubmit my application providing the translation copy of my date of birth certificate. This letter also says

"Your application has not been processed and no record has been retained. Your application fees was not processed and is also being returned to you."

but, I never got my fees refunded.

I am resubmitting my file again in coming week by including document required.
So, my question is do I need to pay my fees again or should I include the same receipt?

I am waiting for someone to reply to this question because it's also my question. My application was returned due to incompleteness.
