Fees has been deducted but haven't received file number yet . Please help!

Hi Guys,

I have applied through paper base application to Nova Scotia's Sydney office. My fee payment has been deducted from my credit card but no file number received yet !

So confused .

I applied after SINP approval.

Please help .

Simply write to the address you sent your application and enquire on the status of your application. A simple letter of 2 lines will suffice. If you don't receive a response, write again and follow up with a CSE - Case Specific Enquiry. secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx
