Fee Receipt - Sending to CHC.. What to do..

Hi,

My semester fee deadline was approaching(Wednesday 29th the last day) so I submitted my fee. Actually my uncle paid who lives in Canada via Credit Card on my SRS (Studend Record Service of Humber) online. I requested a receipt and got in couple hours (Fast!). Now I will be sending it to CHC Islamabad tomorrow insh-Allah. I haven't got any medical call yet so it will be a BUMP for them to check out my case again. Should I attach any covering letter or just send the receipt? I do not know my file # so I will only be providing my name and DOB so they can match the info.

IF you say attach a cover letter, what should I write in it than..??

I'd include all my details, specially the file number, which is on the med request form. But since you don't have it, I guess your name, DOB, fathers name, intended college and program should be enough.

why are you sending them the receipt? is it required?

No, It is not required, but since they haven't sent me anything yet, I guess I should update them that I have paid my fee, so please reconsider my case (IF they have already opened my case and later on put aside for later decision) OR consider (if they haven't opened / reviewed my case). It's like a reminder PLUS to show that I am still serious about SEPTEMBER 2011 instead of January 2012..!!

The reason I submitted the fee without getting a medical call or visa is because of a fee deadline that was due on Wednesday June 29th, 2011. I am writing this letter in order to inform you about this update.

Dear I think you shouldn't send your Fee Receipt at this instant. In my opinion VO may consider this as EXTRAORDINARY ACTIVITY or being Over-confidence. :-X :-X :-X .Wait for your Medical Letter to come from CHC(Hopefully you will get soon In Sha Allah). Send your receipt while re-submitting your passport.

I thought about this as "Efficiency" but still looking for others to input their thoughts so that I don't mess things up (I know it won't make a big difference, but somehow, they should know that the fee has been submitted..)

the letters alright. the ones i sent were pretty informal and short.lol

As nightrocker said, over confidence is an issue. them knowing that you've paid your fees wont strengthen your case. If there's a flaw, it'll be there and the fee thing wont cover it up. I doubt it'll show seriousness, instead it will show more of desperation to leave Pakistan which might get them visa officers to reevaluate you.

But I'm no visa officer psychologist, so it's up to you
i will suggest that you send this along with your passports after your medical.

I am telling u man.. dont listen any one and send it... its pretty genuine.. since ur college last date of submission of fee was approaching so u submitted the fee thats it... and its a positive point.. go straight away to fedex and send this letter.. it certainly will have a good effect man.. they are not psychologists ok.. they believe on facts.. even i am planning to send them my deferment letter man.. so dont think and send it immediately...

in what way is it positive? it's an extra document, which isn't required. I met a US embassy visa officer at usefp and he's like we hate extra information, we end up having to find the required docs. If your required docs aren't satisfactory, its a no, we never look at all the extra stuff.

the Canadian visa officers cant be much different.

I think you can wait for medicals this week and send it with your passport. If you don't get medical this week than you should send it on monday

sending this receipt and cover letter to chc isb is binary option(means it has two possible outcomes) 1ositive info for ur app 2:zero effect on ur app. so there is no talk of negativeness in sending new info to VO which is not present at time of filling application. Send this, they will love it

Well can't we email them these things instead of sending it in written?
I also just paid my hostel room fees since the last date came so I am also wondering that should I forward them the email recipt? or just wait?

by the way my application reached at CHC today~ applied on 27 (I know late).
