fee question for new delhi

Can we make one DD for Cost of recovery and RPRF fee?
Also whom to fever DD 'Canada high commission' or 'receiver general of Canada' ? Can I make DD in here in Canada and send to new Delhi?

yes you can make one DD for both. You can get it made in Canada but has to be payable in Delhi.

Make it to Canadian High commission.


Also if you are in Canada then ,why don't you apply from Canada itself, why new Delhi.
Mailing passports across international borders, will take more time for correspondence.

thanks MC for reply. I am applying from here as my visa office is new delhi. I am planning to go back to india in 2 -3 months. So medical will be in India, iguess?

Also from Caanda visa office could be buffalo but I asked to New Delhi as my plan to return to india.
