Fee Payment - Original vs Copy?

Hello,

Based on the new checklist format CIC does not accept Online Payment.

I have downloaded new form and filled it up (fee method credit card).

In the checklist form, last column has two check-boxes, one for Original and one for copy.
Can anybody explain what does that mean? Does that mean send original or copy?

If you are paying by Cheque, Bank Draft, Money, or Credit Card you'd need to submit the original document

Since you are using credit card, you just need this form filled out and signed > http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5620E.pdf

Don't worry about the copy part - it doesn't apply to your situation.

Just submit IMM5620E signed/dated with a valid Credit Card and you are fine!
