I read your post, since you paid her fees from Canada, did you provided any sponsorship letter saying that u paid his fee for 1st semester or 1st year?

It really does not matter as long as your brother pays the fees. Your brother can pay the fees in cash which you could give it to him. If you do the online transfers through banks and pay fees then there might be an issue and doing through indian bank might be required.

Just do the cash payment for fees. Imagine those who work in canada and pay their study expenses...
