When looking at the calculator here: https://services3.cic.gc.ca/efee/efee.do and using the "Immigration Applications for Persons Outside Canada" option I want to make sure I am filling out the thing correctly.

I am selecting the following options there:

- Right of Permanent Residence Fee
- Sponsorship application (per application)
- Principal applicant

So if I'm not mistaken, it comes to $1040.00 for my application.

I'm a 21 year old US citizen applying from outside of Canada. Just want to make sure I have all the fees correct as we're getting ready to send everything in and make our payment.

Also, does the payment all go to one place or do we pay some in one place and some in the other?

Does it matter who pays for it? Like if I use my credit card or he uses his or a relative puts it on their card?

About to make this payment and still wondering if it matter whose card is used to make the payment. Anyone have an idea or does it probably not matter?

as long as you put the payer on the receipt CIC wants the payers name i do not think it matters...

u can pay the RPRF later on... i didnt mail it in right away but i think if u have it do it so its just easier...
