Congrats guys!
I'm still waiting for any progress on my app which reached on November 5th, but all it says is Medical Results received, no DM or even "In Progress".
They asked me for RCMP fingerprints and then Police Certificate a month ago, but nothing after that.

Just out of curiosity ... does everyone's ECAS get set to "IN PROCESS" before "DECISION MADE" or does that rather depend on the officer?

I think everything just depends on officer. The processes seem to be very complicated and varying case by case.

That's true, different officers have their own way of doing things.
Although it gets pretty annoying, when I don't get any response feels like they just forgot my application and its collecting dust somewhere.
They should have more steps to track the progress of the application so applicants know what's going on and the updates should be consistent with all officers.

Just did our landings at Lacolle inspection station yesterday, everything went smoothly! But I have to cancel our New York trip since we don't want to spend 200+ bucks on applying travel documents. :(

Going to Lacolle tomorrow. How was the entire process? Can you please give some details so I am prepared for it tomorrow.

Oh, Don't worry, just take all your documents with you(CSQ、 landing paper、passport、bank statements、payrolls、employment letter),if you are not intending to enter the States, just tell the border cop( U.S side) you are there for flagpoling, they will check your passport and give you a paper and show you where to make U-turn back to Canada.

At Canada side, border cop will ask your couple simple questions, like why you here, did you buy anything from U.S ,before becoming PR what your status was ,what did you do before and what furnitures or items do you left in your home country then show you where to park your vehicle and where to do your landing.

Going to the left building and tell the officer you're here for landing and wait for your turn. In my case, I waited for almost 1 hour, because there were many people applying work permits or something. When you got your turn, the officer will ask you to sign on that landing paper and ask your some questions, basically the same as border cop asked.( They did ask for my bank statement. ) Then you take a seat and wait for them to return and give all your documents back and tell you how to keep your PR status.

Then you've done your job! Good luck! Congrats on becoming PR of Canada!
