Federal Skilled Worker

Hello folks, am new here and I need help with the Federal skilled migrant . I work as a data base administrator here in Nigeria. I took the eligibility test and it came out I qualify and I can apply for the federal skilled program using an open work permit.But the form required from me in the document checklist is contradicting. While filling the form they asked what type of visa am applying for,but skilled worker wasn't among the list ,the only option that looks familiar was post graduate work permit.Please can anyone help me with the info of the correct application to make.Cheers

Thanks I got d link the download d right form checking it out now. But the eligibility test I did,the document checklist says I fill form IMM1295E.was that the same form u filled?pls I will appreciate if u put me through all the steps from d eligility and all.If u won't mind me having ur contacts for better correspondence either via bbm,or whatsapp.thanks so much

Hello Osaben.

The form IMM1295E is not the right form for you if you are applying for the federal skilled workers' programme.

The forms you need are as follows:

1. Document Checklist [IMM 5612] (PDF, 244 KB) October 2014
2. Generic Application Form for Canada [IMM 0008] (PDF, 487 KB) November 2014
3. Schedule A – Background/Declaration [IMM 5669] (PDF, 246 KB) December 2012
4. Schedule 3: Economic Classes [IMM 0008 SCHEDULE 3] (PDF, 656 KB) August 2014
5. Additional Family Information [IMM 5406] (PDF, 570 KB) September 2013
6. Supplementary Information – Your travels [IMM 5562] (PDF, 1,8 MB) May 2004
7. Fee Payment Form – Application for Permanent Residence [IMM 5620] (PDF, 581 KB) August 2014

The above forms are compulsory. You might need additional forms if you are travelling with a spouse or if you have many dependants. Let me know.
