Hello,

I would like to know my options for filling a PR in canada federal skilled worker program (fswp). I live in the USA on a H1B (Work visa) and I have an Indian Passport.

Also can someone ping me or reach me out if they have done "FSWP" and help me with getting any Canadian Immigration Firm who can help in this?

I worked in the field of laser, optics and quantum computing. My work is to design mechanical requirements for the optical requirements and testing for laser systems.

Hence my profile is optical-mechanical engineer

You cannot apply for PR until you submit an Express Entry profile and get invited. If not fluent in French then low chance. Go on the IRCC site and research Express Entry with your ECA, language scores and NOC. Focus has been on CEC (those working in Canada) or those with specific NOCs like healthcare and education or French draws. IT NOCs have not been in demand for a long time but it may return. For FSWP draws, there have not been specific draws in years unless your score is way over 550. Again if not fluent then no chance.

Submitting an Express Entry profile is free with ECA and language score so no need for immigration firm. A firm cannot give you PR. Your score must be high enough.
