Hi All,
I have applied for work permit application for Canada using the online application on July 3rd 2013 from Texas. After 3 months processing time when I inquired for the New York Canada consulate, they replied that my work permit is being processed in New Delhi. My processing time for the application is over and thus I inquired from the New Delhi office through email but its been a week now did not get their reply and they are not accessible through phone. Please let me know is there any way to know the status of my application. Also somebody have an idea how long it can take. I am already delayed for the job.

Hi,

In Bangladesh I heard from South- East immigration agent that 2007 applicants draft already
rcvd., But he also informed his office didn't rcvd. any draft of 2006 applicant.

Any pre-2008 Filipino applicants who already received their refund?

I have submitted the “Return of Processing Fee, Right of Permanent Residence Fee or Right of Landing Fee” AND “Foreign Electronic Funds Transfer” forms last June 30, 2013 but up to now I haven't receive the refund.. :'(

I need the money just in case I will get medical request and Right of Permanent Residence fee from Manila VO for my FSWP 2013 application..

I did not receive my refund yet, I filed for refund since July 4, 2013. I made 2x follow up already but they did not reply.

Hope the processing for refund will not take years.

Thanks Forever Victory for your reply. I also made follow-up email to them two weeks ago but no feedback from their side (just an auto-reply message). I hope we get our refund in 6 months as mentioned by PMM..

I am among those pre-Feb 2008 applicants whose files have been terminated. but my question is that all my original documents are in ISB CHC which have been sent them in May 2011 as per their request.
I sent many e-mails to them to send my original documents but none of them are replied. I am from Afghanistan and applied through Islamabad VO in Nov 2007.

please help me what to do. I need to those original documents of mine and my spouse and 3 children.

Although you have asked the question to some particular person, yet I advise you to write the "letter" to Canadian High Commission Islamabad and post it through courier service. I hope they would definitely reply it.
