Hi,

I am looking to apply for my younger brother and I have checked his score for federal skilled worker program and it is 74. Can anyone please guide me what is the next step from here on? Does he need to submit a profile in express entry and can anyone please tell me what does CRS mean? and how will it impact his application? I'd be waiting for someone to respond back to my query.

He submits his EE profile with his IELTS and ECA, and all related information. If he his eligible for EE, then he calculates his CRS score (google - IRCC CRS calculator). His CRS score determines if he will get an invitation. 74 is a good score so how was that calculated?

First official language: 19
Second official language: 4 (He had at least CLB5 in all 4 abilities)
Highest level of education: 23
Work experience: 11
Age: 12
Adaptability: 5

Right now a good score is 500+

He has CLB 5 in English (IELTS) or French (TEF)? If he has French and English then he may have a good score. Also he has an ECA for a Masters?
