Federal Skilled Trades (FST) applicants??

Hi, I wonder if there is anybody applied under Skilled Trades program after the change on May?

My husband send the application packege, and CIC recieved it on July 4. Since then no news at all. Credit card hasn't been charged yet, as well as no AOR(PER?) neither. It's been over 3 month!!!
I called them and they said they have our application, and it must be looked any time, but it was 2weeks ago and nothing happened yet.

Also, his company applied for LMIA mid August which should be in 10 days process, and it's not done yet!
I really get frustrated and my body is aching all over...

If somebody has applied under Skilled trade, please share your time line/experience please!!!

FYI - the LMIA process is typically more like 6-16 weeks (not 10 days).

His job is skilled trade and high wage so we thought it must be in 10 days process. Or we maybe get it wrong?

High skill / high wage doesn't guarantee fast processing time these days. There are high skill / high wage applicants on this forum who have been waiting 15 weeks.

Why SC made that "10 days rule" if they can't handle it ???

I am looking at this forum for any update. I already received PER with file no. & as of today I am still waiting for med request.

it took us in 2 weeks after CIC charged, ours was bank draft.

I check via online & still on process.

So, today we are able to check our status online. But still didn't get AOR/PER...

Does anybody have any idea for the processing time for FST??
I've serching a lot and I only found the news about the first guy came to Canada as a FST PR.
It was like 7 month after CIC lanched the FST category....

I am in the same situation you were before.
CC charged, Ecas has been showing IN PROCESS status for a few days.

How many days after your CC was charged did you receive your PER?

We still haven't got AOR/PER yet. Our CC has beed charged Oct. 10, it almost 3 weeks and anu updates recieved...
