Federal processing time for PNP

Hi all,

I have query regarding Federal processing time for PNP.

Query: Will Federal processing time is inclusive of PNP processing-time?, currently it shows 19 months for PR (Economic class-Provincial nominee program) for paper based application.?

I request put some your insights on this regard is appreciated..

NO Federal processing timing does not include PNP processing.
