My spouse recently got her medical done for an outland application from New Delhi (India). The panel physician gave her a copy of the IMM1017E and told her to have me (sponsor) to upload it online. I thought the physician is supposed to submit the form along with the medical report directly to CIC. I have linked the application online however I don't see any options to upload the document. Has anyone else run into this issue?

thanks for the response. Is it mailed in writing or emailed to the sponsor or representative? is there a number I can call to get a better update?

I originally linked it to my GCkey - im the sponsor. I then linked it to my husbands GCkey and it just cancelled out linking it to mine.

Hi All,

Are we supposed to link the application to two accounts?
My assumption was to link the application to my (sponsor) Sign-In Partner account as I received an e-mail from CIC with the application number.
Later in the day my wife (applicant) received her AOR1 and she created a GCKey and linked the application with her account. I (sponsor) received an e-mail stating that the application has been linked to another account.
Is this ok? Should I unlink (if thats even possible) the application from my (sponsor) Sign-In Partner Account?

April 4, 2018: Linked Application.
April 4, 2018 : Schedule A Request / Police Check Request

I have a question:
Since I am her sponsor as well as spouse. Does that mean I have to fill out Schedule A and get request Police report since I am her family member?

Anyone in here got AOR who applied after Feb 15 with the new forms? Just wondering what cic will request after AOR1 since Schedule A and Police certificates were already sent in..

My Application received on 14 Feb but didn't received AOR1 yet hence I Called today and agent told me they are finishing for 26 Jan application and I can not get application number until file is in system.

I have to wait few more days.

This is useful information. Thanks. That does not explain how the others on this forum after 14th Feb are getting their AOR1s. There was one 16th Feb and one 19th Feb applicant who both received their AOR1.

I can't seem to link my paper application to my online accont. I have tried around 20 times and failed. CIC has received my medicals but I want to upload my Schedule A forms ASAP. Any suggestions. ?

If it's past the 5 days I don't believe you can upload in mycic. We mailed everything.

No. As a sponsor you don't have to fill out Schedule A and PCC.
These requirement are only for who are not PR or citizen of Canada. So in this case it is for Principal Applicant (your spouse) only.
