I have test date December 09-December 29, but I still did not receive email invitation with link . Is it normal?

yes, its normal. You will likely receive the email today or tomorrow. In some extreme cases people got the email on the day of their test.

Finally it was surprised me with the updates this morning. I completed my test on October 15th 2022 and status strucked to InProgress for very long (till Yesterday and that was my last view in IRCC portal). I called IRCC several times and they said it was in queue with Field Office (Scarborough) and NO tentative timeline for Test Status to be updated as COMPLETE. I was little worried and would have called around 15+ time from October 19th till last week.

All my Status except OATH is completed as of this morning including Test and Test Status updated with completion date of October 17th 2022. I believe same goes to lot of people whose test status is not moved to complete and in Progress for long.

Here are my Timelines:

Physical Presence Days: 1,110
No of Applicants: Single
Application sent: February 6th, 2022
Application delivered: February 6th, 2022
AOR: March 16, 2022

@Mississauga_In the “Citizenship Test” in my application is stuck in progress since November 5th, so yesterday I decided to call IRCC which somehow confirmed what you’ve just experienced.
The agent said that officers need to verify that everything is “correct” and nothing is “missing” in my application before marking the test as completed.
Obviously I’m not sure if she was referring to the other steps, the test itself and whether that applies to all applications or just some.
It’s worth noting that the agent on the phone said that the test has been “uploaded” on Nov 20th, which is 15 days after I took it.

What is your test Center and situation looks the same. Worst case they would ask the ID card for verification if everything looks good from your side.
