This is detailed timeline for me as it SUCKS big time, I called call centre the lady told be your application is now non routine (never heard it before) as you have been asked to resubmit your finger prints so just wait until you hear back from the office! WTH did someone else hear the same???

so who is accountable? and how long it should take now?Non routine means IRCC does not have any accountability
No accountability, so whenever you call them for update they will say as it's non routine there is no fixed timeline for completion.
Is anyone out there like me in the same boat? And file changed to non routine due to their inability to process the application in time!!!
Fresh Update: Got Final Interview Notice this morning (most likely ghost update triggered) but no update reflected under status.

Called IRCC the rep told me there is no evidence that you attended the Dec 28 interview.

was it in person or online? probably the person who did the interview forgot to put it in the system.
It was online! I did replied to email for the final interview and got reply from CIC "

You are correct, do you do not need to attend this second interview. There has been a scheduling error.
We are finalising your file. Please remember you must be inside Canada to take the oath of citizenship. " and now interestingly on the status it shows interview required now (Update: Feb 14, 2024). I am not going to attend the final interview as the officer replied on the email.
It was online interview! I did replied to email for the final interview and got reply from CIC "
