Applied For Student Visa on Feb 03 2022, got medical updated on April 12th.. Why is taking so long ? Anyone with similar issue ?

The current processing time is 13 weeks (more than 3 months) so you shoudn't be surprised you haven't received a decision yet.

If the processing time remains at 13 weeks (it's updated weekly, every Tuesday), you should expect a decision on the first week of May.

Did you apply under SDS? I lodged under SDS last Feb 8th. My medical is still under review even though IRCC acknowledged last April 6th the updated e-medical sheet I submitted to them via webform.

For which intake? My intake is Fall 2022.

I applied for Aril 2022 , but as I did not get any update on my Visa status I requested for a deferment for July intake.
