Just an update, just received an email for passport request. Thank God. But my ecas is not yet change to DM. I think they did not yet update my ecas. It means just don't rely on ecas make sure regularly check email.
Does anybody know if CPC-Missisauga is open and processing files? Who got the latest decision made and for which month? I am a February applicant, as I reckon, people from cpc-ottawa has received decision made for February applicants as well.

Just the decison made only we are waiting for PPR . Can someone tell how much time it would take
It usually takes anywhere from one week upwards of a month. It's very dependent on the VO where your file is being held.
Cpc center is ottawa and file decison came at 2 dec pre arrival already recieved last month so what i can expect for PPR how many days more?
I’m seeing some scraps of updates. Most of the people are 2019 applicants from oct/ nov/ dec I believe. The ones who have received DM have got pre arrival letter already. There seems to be another subset stuck at eligibility and background check who have not seen anything as of yet.
Is the PPR issued from the PA's home country VO/the file was processed VO?

No one can answer that question other than the officer processing your file. How should I know?
