i never really got an email confirmation if its approved or not but it seems like its approved

Hey guys/girls,

Today, 3 months after my citizenship test, I got a Request Letter asking me to email them a coloured copy of each page of my passport, including blank pages.

Is this a new thing now? Instead of mailing the actual passport we only need to scan and send email back to them?

No one has ever mailed their actual passports. Before the pandemic the passport(s) was(were) checked after the in-person test. During the pandemic they started asking some applicants to email or mail copies of all passport(s) pages. New applicants since last June need to attach the copies with the application.

It was easy! It took me only 5 minutes to finish the exam. lol,
the only hard part of the whole process was taking picture of my PR Card!.
