I called in yesterday, they informed me some of the agents are still working on Jan applications and my application was not opened yet. They also mentioned if the application was returned for any reason, they will see the note. So I think we don't need to worry and keep waiting for now.

mine was delivered on the 6th February and I haven't received anything. I called them this morning and they confirmed there's nothing in the system for me yet but it's normal because 'they're still opening application from mid-January'.

Very frustrating.
It looks like all the AORs received this week were January or March. I think they are moving forward with March but also working on the backlog.

Not yet. I wonder what time during the day people most likely get AOR? Like is it in the morning or evening?

Call CIC, write feedback, mention it on their twitter account. I am sure it will make an impact, they might not acknowledge but behind the scenes, they will look into it.

I have a question : I submitted my Ontario id card with the application back in April and now I have got G1 drivers licence as we know that Ontario government takes away the ID card and replaces it with a new G1 licence I haven't got the AOR yet but when I do should I send the scenes document via web form then or should I send it now ?

Thanks

Still waiting for my AOR, got this reply today.

Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

However, rest assured that this situation is normal since the responsible office is currently processing applications received before January 15, 2020.

There will be no record in the system until the processing has begun.

We invite you to contact the mail service you used in order to make sure that your application was indeed received by our processing office.

Due to the ongoing situation related to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), some IRCC offices are currently operating with reduced or critical staff only.

We are working on processing applications as quickly as possible; however, processing times are affected and any disruptions caused by COVID-19 may not be reflected accurately on our website.
