@legalfalcon : Today I did my remedicals in Canada and the doctor noticed a lump on my neck and said to get an ultrasound and email him the same. I told him I am travelling to India so he said he will wait as even if he submits my details with the observation of the lump IRCC is going to ask the ultrasound but regardless wont reject my application as even thyroid cancer is not an issue immigration wise . I am super stressed about the ultrasound already just want to know if this would further delay the process

Thanks man.

I added my spouse who is a Brazilian citizen. any idea how long your security checks took?
Mine is Brazilian too, but we applied together. I have no idea how long each step took exactly.
The entire eligibility process was passed in about 7 months. The longest wait was getting the final approval.

Just got my PPR! o_O

AOR: Feb 2020
Medicals: March 2020
Stream: FSW-O
COR: Germany
PPR: Jan 13 2022

My question is, do I need to do my medicals again?
I never got an email to do it again even though it's been like 2 years now... any thoughts?

Good luck to everyone who's still waiting! Hope you get yours soon!
Congrats! No you do not go redo your medicals. They have most likely extended your medicals. Once you submit your passports, the visas will be entered and you will be provided with a date until which the visas are valid. You will have to travel to Canada by that date to activate your PR.

Aor Feb 6 here too. Medical passed again 5th of December 2021. Waiting
It's finally my turn! Thought it would be a never-ending wait but the remedical request in December gave me more hope! Thanks to everyone for the moral support. I didn't believe it at first when people were saying that our turn would be next. But now I really believe that you guys' turn is right around the corner!

Finally got my RFV mail yesterday. Hope the same happens for rest soon.
However, I have few doubts.

1) Even though I received RFV mail, my GC Key profile still shows application under process. Is this normal?

2) The mail just mentions to send passport, photos etc. to nearest VFS office. I found that VFS is offering 2 way courier service through
vfs-cic.mioot.com/forms/PS/
Can someone who used this service, confirm the same (the timeline also)?
Moreover, the webform doesn't ask for VFS address (they have 5-6 offices in India). How can I make sure they send it to nearest one for me (i.e. Bengaluru)?

P.S: I'm a FSW-O applicant from India
