Thanks for answering! I can also see that since 23 December 2020, there was no general (no specific program) Express entry draw happened !! Only CEC and Provinces program.
Sure thing! :) Yup. These are all complications that have arisen from the pandemic. When last I called IRCC they told me they are working on all kinds of apps, but have a huge backlog, as well as Officers who have to remain at home instead of coming to the office, due to COVID restrictions. Hopefully everyone gets vaccinated with 2 doses soon, and things go back to normal. I'd love to see some FSW-O candidates receiving CoPR soon.

If you're not aware, this is a good site to track people's progress: https://myimmitracker.com/en/ca/trackers/consolidated-e-apr-tracker-express-entry-permanent-residency-application.

This is similar to mine. Did you call the call center to find out if your medical is extended? It's possible that your medical has been extended but just is not showing up on the online portal. This is the case for many including me.
Received the GCMS notes yesterday. My medical was extended for 1 year on April 20th. Primary office is Ottawa, but Security and Criminality are assigned to RC-6262 (Responsibility Centre 6262 (CIO Centralized Intake Office in Sydney, Nova Scotia)

Good day @legalfalcon. Thanks for always helping. Please can you help clarify if this is a generic message sent by ircc. It was sent to me on the 1st June.

Good day,

Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

Coronavirus - Permanent residence (PR) application approved - Confirmation of PR (CoPR)/PR visa expired

The Government of Canada is closely monitoring COVID-19 and any impacts on IRCC clients.

If we already approved your PR application, and you’re outside Canada, you can’t come to Canada to validate your CoPR and land as a PR right now, unless:

Your CoPR was issued on or before March 18, 2020, or
You are exempt from the travel restrictions.
Your CoPR was issued on or before March 18, 2020, and you can’t travel to Canada before your CoPR and PR visa expires, or those documents have already expired?

This is similar to my case. Have your security, criminality and security been passed?
Has your portal been update to show the medical or does it show “you do not need medical”? Thanks

@legalfalcon need your advice please.

My application is RVF as per GCM notes, and I’m waiting for PPR.

Right now, I live in UAE and planning to travel home country for a month because of some family commitments. My question is that should I update IRCC about residential address via webform?

My Visa office is Abu Dhabi, and I’m afraid that I might get PPR while I’m out of country, and sometimes because of Covid restrictions it’s difficult to travel within 30 days as per the standard time given for passport submission.

IF you are travelling for a short duration, there is no need to Inform IRCC. If you get a PPR while you are in another country, you can ask for an extension to submit the passport or request to submit the passport in the country you are in.

Criminality is in progress and Security not started. The medical shows "You do not need a medical exam. We will send you a message if this changes." on the portal

The portal is same for me. Have you needed to apply for extension of your current status? If yes, has that experience been better? Thanks

Applied for a BOWP on August/2020. and received it on December/2020. Did the biometrics for EE on October/2020, so it was valid for both EE and BOWP

Thanks for the note! Didn't expect it to have taken this long. Did you apply for the extension together with any dependents (e.g., spouse's work permit, child's visitor record) as well?

Thanks for your reply.
How can I ask for extension? shall it be through webform?
